Saskia is an expert in making food fit and has a consulting service in helping adding value to businesses by adding plant based options on the menu.

Clients range from complexe companies to innovative start ups and include universities, hospitals, restaurant groups, luxury resorts and hotels, health and wellness spas, and individual entrepreneurs.  Given my innovative approach to food and nutrition, I consider all types of large-scale consulting services including restaurant concept development, integration of wellness into existing operations and enhancement of current food and beverage programs. My emphasis is always to deliver great tasting plant-based menu items in refined aesthetic settings.
